The plaintiff says the defendant’s dog attacked his dog at the park and the defendant promised he’d pay the vet bill. Now he’s avoiding the plaintiff, so he’s forced to sue. The defendant says there was a scuffle among several dogs, and there was no mention that his dog nipped the plaintiff’s pet. Then, the plaintiffs say the defendant is their landlord and they’re feuding. They claim she’s stolen their electricity and that their faucet leaks, so they’re suing for a rent reduction. The defendant says the plaintiffs are nitpickers who ask for things that aren’t a landlord’s responsibility. She’s countersuing for all that she’s out.
