First, the plaintiff says his neighbor, the defendant, lost his temper over a parking spot and kicked his car. The plaintiff also alleges the defendant threw eggs and rotten food at his door, so he is suing. The defendant denies the allegations and believes the plaintiff is staging the whole thing. Then, the plaintiff hired the defendant to create and install white drapes in her home, but they didn’t match her chairs, so the plaintiff is suing for a refund.
