The plaintiff says the defendant is his ex-girlfriend. He claims she maliciously destroyed his belongings because they were purchased by his new girlfriend. He’s suing for the cost of the items. The defendant says the plaintiff dumped her for one of her friends, so she snapped. She says they settled on an amount for the items she damaged and she paid it, but now he wants more. Then, the plaintiffs say they rented a room in the defendant’s house, but the environment was hostile. The defendant accused them of stealing her food and Wi-Fi, and so they moved out. They’re suing for their money back. The defendant says the plaintiffs almost killed her by leaving a door open that led to rickety stairs, and she insists they stole her food.
