About this episode

The plaintiff says he took the defendant and his sons on a fishing outing, but the man fell overboard. He dragged an expensive piece of fishing rig with him and it sank, so the plaintiff is suing for its cost. The defendant says the plaintiff should have some sort of business insurance to cover accidents, and he’s not responsible for paying for the lost equipment. Then, the plaintiff says she hired the defendant to put in genuine hair dreadlocks, but she used synthetic hair and the plaintiff broke out in a rash. She’s suing for what she’s owed. The defendant insists she used real hair and the plaintiff badmouthed her online. She’s countersuing for defamation. Don’t forget to rate and subscribe so you never miss an episode.
