The plaintiff says the defendant is the most evil person he’s ever known. He claims she called the cops on him five times and won’t repay the money he loaned her, so he’s suing. The defendant says the plaintiff has been harassing her. She says he loaned the money to her ex-boyfriend, not her, so he should be suing her ex. She denies owing a thing. Then, the plaintiff says he was driving a truck and was cited for too much weight because he didn’t have a commercial license. He says the defendants never paid him the thousands he’s owed, so he’s suing. The defendants claim the plaintiff hit a tree and so they deducted the damages from his pay.
