About this episode
First, the plaintiff rented a unit from the defendants, only to find it had a major raccoon problem the defendant couldn’t fix. She moved out and is suing for her rent and trap costs. The defendants say they couldn’t trap the raccoons because the plaintiff kept interfering with their traps, preventing them from completing the job. Then, the plaintiff put down a deposit on some cabinets, but when he went to pick them up, the defendant refused to give them to him. He is suing for the deposit money she refuses to return to him. The defendant claims the plaintiff changed his mind about the cabinets after getting into an argument with her husband and isn’t entitled to a refund.
