About this episode

The plaintiff alleges the defendant’s tow truck driver damaged his retaining wall when the car was being taken. He’s suing for the cost to repair the retaining wall. The defendant argues the tow truck driver never damaged the wall. Then, the plaintiffs say they booked the defendant’s wedding venue, but then he backed out when he couldn’t accommodate them, so they’re suing. The defendant claims the plaintiffs got cold feet after he offered to move the wedding outdoors because of COVID-19 restrictions. Plus, the plaintiffs say they hired the defendant to redo their kitchen, but the cabinets he ordered were the wrong size. He’s refusing to do anything about it, so they’re suing for what they’re out. The defendant says he miscalculated a few measurements and said he’d reorder the pieces, but the plaintiffs refused. Don’t forget to rate and subscribe so you never miss an episode.
