Blowing Off a Former Tenant

Then, the plaintiff says the defendant is his neighbor, and he claims he’s been harassing him and his family for six years. He alleges his neighbor smashed his security camera and damaged a stone wall, so he’s suing. The defendant says he took the camera down and handed it to the plaintiff and denies damaging anything.
