Multiple flood advisories are in effect across Pennsylvania this Saturday morning. While we're staying dry today, recent rainfall has rivers and streams running high, creating localized flooding concerns through the weekend. We started chilly this morning with temperatures bottoming out at 32 degrees around 5 A.M.
