Your morning Pennsylvania weather update
Multiple flood warnings are in effect across Pennsylvania today as we deal with the aftermath of heavy rainfall. The immediate concern is flooding from excessive rain, particularly affecting low-lying areas and regions near streams and rivers. This Wednesday starts mild with temperatures around 60 degrees this morning, climbing quickly to reach 79 degrees by 2 P.M.
