Multiple flood warnings are in effect across Pennsylvania this morning as heavy rainfall continues to impact our region. The combination of saturated ground and additional rain is creating dangerous conditions, particularly near streams and low-lying areas. This morning's rain will be heaviest between 6 and 9 A.M., with a 92 percent chance around 7 o'clock.
