In today's episode we take a quick, but important deep dive into why its important to let your tummy go!

So many women hold their tummy and abdominal wall in tight all day, every day. This can be due to a number of reasons including:

  • Body image issues

  • Stress and anxiety
  • Poor cueing from coaches and family to 'suck in and stand tall'.

This effect of this habit can be significant over a prolonged period of time. Creating tension and overactivity in one area of body ultimately leads to other areas having to compensate.
