Birthing in a Covid world: What can we learn?
Birthing mothers and midwives have not had it easy during our global pandemic. In this episode I look at what it has been like to have a pregnancy and birth during the pandemic. Exploring why, I believe, we should take stock, reflect and learn from these experiences to better prepare our mum's of tomorrow to leave fear at the door and embrace the power of intuition and Oxytocin. Trigger warning; this episode contains themes that some people may find upsetting.

Show Notes
There has been so much coverage of covid admissions, Intensive Care and a reduction in NHS services over the global pandemic, but life across the maternity service has had to continue in a radically altered way. This episode explores the consequences and impact of birthing in a high stress environment and explores what we can be learning from it, to better prepare our mums of tomorrow.
