Climate action must be channelled through feminist and civil society networks who have the local expertise on climate peace and security. Sharon Bhagwan-Rolls has over 30 years of experience in feminist movements. She is part of the #ShiftingThePowerCoalition - a feminist alliance of pacific women-led organisations driving climate justice and humanitarian action. Peacebuilding should not just be regarded as a project of development partners.
