They are themes award-winning group in country music. They were also one of the most prolific recording groups with a vast and rich discography.
Don Reid was the main songwriter for The Statler Brothers, but these days he continues to write, but has shifted his focus to books. His latest book is an inside look at the great recordings of the Statler Brothers. Entitled THE MUSIC OF THE STATLER BROTHERS: An Anthology. It's a song-by-song chronicle.
