222 - Gene Watson

In the world of country music, Gene Watson is the singer's singer. It's not just his incredible abilities as a vocalist. Gene Watson has always had a great instinct in picking fabulous country songs. He's had an astounding 50 plus years in the music business and is known for his hit songs including "Love in the Hot Afternoon," "Fourteen Carat Mind" and his signature song "Farewell Party."

This interview was recorded backstage at the Mill Town Music Hall in Bremen, Georgia prior to an incredible concert. A small digital recorder was used for this short, but very interesting conversation. It just don't get better than Gene Watson. He's on The Paul Leslie Hour and we couldn't be more honored.
