In Germany, you have to identify what religion you affiliate with, and the government disperses that money to the different churches. Patrick hypothesizes this is one of the reasons why we are hearing about a schism there. Maria - The German Bishops have a lot of control on who gets ordained more so than other places in the world, which I think is problematic. Kim – Is it possible that the German Church is trying to bring more people back in the faith by doing what they are doing? People claiming to have DID (Dissociative Identity Disorder) can have multiple relationships and it’s not considered cheating because it’s a “different person”. DID is one of the hottest trends on TikTok.
