As we move through life, one of the most important lessons we need to learn if we want to live in the ever-expanding realm of peace and freedom - is to actively and consciously seek to connect with Spirit, not only once in a while but to make it our habitual practice to not move until we are moved, to not speak until we are spoken to.
We are always in absolute oneness with the Universe, but the question is, are we living in a perpetual and conscious awareness of that oneness?
I invite you to join me as we explore this aspect of this beautiful path we are walking, as this conscious connection, perhaps more than anything else, allows us to move through life with ever-expanding ease and grace.
