Following on from the RTÉ Investigates programme that discovered the alleged abuse and neglect in nursing homes run by Emeis Ireland, over 230 allegations of abuse were made against the two nursing homes featured in the programme.
Lisa O'Connell is a Founder and Managing Director of Forus training and she has seen a surge in care homes using forged documentation to enroll unqualified individuals. Lisa joined Pat this morning on the show.
