A new report which shows that Ireland is paying the second highest excise duty on alcohol in the EU and UK. Publicans have called for excise duty to be lowered ahead of the upcoming budget. Speaking to Pat this morning was Professor Anthony Foley Author of the report and Associate Professor of Economics in Dublin City University Business School.
