We have discussed before about the number of derelict buildings around Dublin, they are many but one of those buildings in particular is the site across from the Coombe Hospital, a much sought after area. Why a prime site in Dublin city centre is still derelict after 20 years? We discuss this with Ronan McGreevy, Journalist for the Irish Times who has been writing about this issue.
