Renato is an investor, and founder of Geromel Capital & Construction. With experience in investments as well as construction he has an investment portfolio of 2600+ units, and has worked on projects that ranged from hospitals to multifamily properties. A few interesting projects he worked on include a 26-story, 516,000 square feet assisted living facility and a 157 unit multifamily high rise. Renato is super passionate about construction and real estate investments that bring financial freedom to his investors, employees, and colleagues. He lives in Orlando, FL and enjoys traveling, skiing and scuba diving throughout the world with his wife.
