Andy has been a real estate investor since 2011. Over the past decade, He's accumulated a portfolio of single family properties throughout metropolitan Detroit and in Indianapolis. In addition to purchasing rentals, he has also flipped numerous properties from minor cosmetic projects to major teardowns and remodels. For the past few years, he has focused on commercial and multifamily properties with investments in Michigan, Illinois, and Oklahoma. He has been married to his wife, Colleen, since 1999. He has an 18 year old son, Alex, a 16 year old son, Jake, and a 12 year old daughter, Allison. They also have three golden retrievers. Andy owns and operates two law offices with his wife. He is an avid college sports fan, particularly Michigan State University, his alma mater. His goal is to own 500 doors within the next year. He is excited about transitioning from passive investing to more active investing.
