Kyle Swafford, represents private equity clients in the merger and acquisition of distressed assets and companies and the turnaround of corporate operations both in the United States. He represents real estate investors in acquisitions and dispositions of multifamily and self-storage assets, including conducting due diligence, preparing purchase and sale documents, reviewing title and survey issues, and negotiating financing documents. Kyle will represent real estate investors in the negotiation and formation of joint venture partnerships with equity partners to purchase and operate commercial real estate and corporate assets. Kyle also serves as outside general counsel to many small businesses and counsel clients on matters such as negotiating leases for space, employment matters, business formation and operating agreements, and general business strategy and corporate.
