DAN SCHNEIDER is suing Investigation Discovery and the producers of QUIET ON SET for defamation. Plus, the murder trial of NJ man CHRISTOPHER GREGOR began this week. GREGOR is accused of killing his 6-year-old son after years of alleged abuse, with the last known incident being on a treadmill.
