We can't stop analyzing the KAREN READ trial, who is accused of killing her boyfriend, Boston Police Officer JOHN O'KEEFE. Today, we're joined by Detroit Trial Attorney Martin Radner (also known as "Brother Counsel" on YouTube) to break down what we've seen and heard thus far.
"It's interesting because you can feel as a lawyer that you have a weakness in your case. Maybe you have one or two weaknesses, and you're going to ask the jury to buy one of your excuses for that weakness. But here, you're asking the jury (to buy) so many different things: I didn't destroy the phone. I didn't delete the search. I didn't do the search. Nobody saw anything, all of these things you're asking...I was looking down when I walked to the car etc. There's just so many things you're asking the jury to buy.
