A discussion of state and federal advocacy with Dr. Richard Bruch, Team Orthopaedic Physician of the Durham Bulls since 1980. Dr. Bruch shares his background and ways medical practitioners can get involved in advocacy work.
Dr. Bruch was named the AAOS 2020 Distinguished Congressional Ambassador at the Advocacy Resources Committee meeting during the National Orthopaedic Leadership Conference. The award is given to an AAOS member who has demonstrated excellence in advocacy on behalf of orthopaedic priorities.
