A Wind Advisory takes effect across much of Oregon today, with southwest winds cranking up to 35 miles per hour and gusts reaching 55. That's strong enough to snap tree branches and make driving tricky, especially for high-profile vehicles. This Monday morning starts quiet with temperatures around 39 degrees at 8 A.M.
