Dry and cool conditions continue across Oregon today, with temperatures running right around seasonal averages for late March. This stable pattern will persist through early in the week, giving us a pleasant Sunday with no precipitation concerns. Starting this morning, temperatures bottomed out around 36 degrees near 7 A.M.
