In today's episode, Andy talks about food flexibility. For most people, a good deal of flexibility is very possible. So how much do you really need to be flexible? It takes a good understanding of what and how to change your meal plan to be flexible. You do not need different meals every day. Just change up some food, like changing spices, cooking methods, timing, and even do food swaps. There are other smart ways to be flexible with your food choices. 

The truth is humans do not need a massive menu of different foods. Instead, we need a high-quality selection of foods that like us rather than what we like. The key to being flexible is your proper understanding of food.
