This is a re-release of a meditation Dick did on an episode released 10/29/19 that was part of the full episode released 11/6/19.
I chat for about 2 minutes about why I decided to do this (One hint--- Tammy Sollenberger | Insight Timer) then Dick leads a 8-ish minute meditation.
