The first official test for GOP presidential hopefuls begins in three weeks in Iowa as the state holds the first caucus of the 2024 election period. All eyes will be on former President Donald Trump, who plans to appear at more Iowa campaign events in the first two weeks of January than in the last 2 ½ months combined.
