Chief is no longer Chief. Sorry Richard, sorry listeners, Owen is now in charge, and even though he is working hard in the hospital that does not mean he is working hard in his marriage. Cristina and Owen still aren't talking, and Mer and Der are pretty quiet themselves.
Beyond that the residents are lead surgeons for the day. Some succeed and some are still the goober.
