Multiple flood warnings are in effect across Ohio today as a significant storm system moves through, bringing heavy rain and thunderstorms that could drop several inches of precipitation in some areas. This morning starts relatively calm with temperatures around 52 degrees and dry conditions through late morning. But that changes dramatically after lunch.
