Multiple flood warnings are in effect across Ohio today, with the National Weather Service particularly concerned about heavy rainfall expected Tuesday afternoon through Tuesday night in northern areas. These alerts cover significant portions of the state as we head into an active weather pattern. This Monday starts mild with temperatures already at 63 degrees early this morning.
