Multiple flood warnings are in effect across Ohio this Friday, with the most serious conditions affecting river valleys and low-lying areas throughout the state. Standing water and swollen waterways pose the greatest threat through the weekend. This morning starts mild at 44 degrees with southerly winds keeping temperatures climbing steadily through the day.
