Multiple flood warnings are in effect across Ohio this Thursday morning, with the most serious conditions impacting river communities along our major waterways. Standing water and swollen streams remain the primary concern after recent rainfall. This morning starts chilly at 35 degrees, but we'll see a nice warming trend throughout the day.
