With Monday’s release of tapes showing Trump admitting to a panel of historians in July 2021 that he lost the election, the former president opens himself to a host of new possible criminal charges. The only problem is that Attorney General Merrick Garland doesn’t seem to be moving towards any type of substantive investigation. Former Deputy Attorney General, Harry Littman, host of the Talking Feds Podcast joins Michael to analyze why Garland won’t move against the former president.
