Have you noticed this at work? People can do this for a lot of reasons, sole more negarious than others. Yes, sometimes they ARE just crappy, manipulative people, but these people can also just be high achievers who are terrified of failure and being vulnerable. That doesnt make it ok…its a peotection mechanism at the expense of others. Self-awareness is key. KNOW how your actions are affecting others, and KNOW how your actions shape how others truly see you. #careertok #redflagsatwork #toxicworkenvironment
