As women, we're often told that it's our job to make everyone else happy. We're taught that our value comes from how much we can give to others and that our own needs should come last. But let me tell you, friend, that's just not true!
In this episode, we're going to bust the big myth that women are responsible for everyone's happiness. And we're doing this for all the people pleasers out there (like me!) who struggle to say no and put themselves first.
We live in a society where being selfish or putting ourselves first is seen as a bad thing. But the truth is, we teach people how to treat us. When we let others take advantage of us, we're telling them that our time, energy, and needs aren't important. And that's just not right!
