House Vote Reignites Tug-Of-War Over Military Authority

The House is set to vote this evening on a resolution to limit President Trump's authority to strike Iran. President Trump is operating, like his recent predecessors, off of expansive war-making powers granted by Congress in the wake of the 9/11 attacks.
