Transitioning from one job to a totally different profession is not easy, especially when you shift from being a mechanical design engineer in the aerospace industry to a real estate investor. Note mastermind member and full-time note investor Dan Deppen tells us about his journey as a note investor and how he was able to leave his full-time career to explore note investing. Initially working deals at home with the help of an assistant, Dan eventually developed his very own ROI calculator and strengthened his marketing through emails and newsletters. He also talks about the different applications he uses to quicken his transactions. Dan advices anyone who wants to be in the note business to get some training, do your homework, and talk to people before buying anything on the market.
