Most of us here are in the industry because we have come to love real estate or note investing in one way or another. As we continue with this deep relation, it helps to remind ourselves of where the market is at to make sure we don’t fall out of love of it really fast. Just as notes can be jaded, something sudden could happen that might stab us in the back.
