In this episode, we delve deeply into Step Six of a 12-step recovery program. We examine the nature of our character, exploring how, what, why, and when we developed certain traits and how we become willing to let go of parts of our being that may no longer serve us, making room for the new and improved versions of ourselves.
This step can be challenging and sometimes unpleasant for many. In our newfound way of being, we must be prepared to let go of outdated behaviors. It's not easy, but the rewards are substantial.
