Your morning North Carolina weather update
Dense fog is creating tricky visibility across parts of North Carolina this morning, particularly where yesterday's heavy rain left moisture in the valleys. The fog should lift by mid-morning as temperatures climb from 58 degrees into what will become a warm Sunday afternoon. Starting in Western North Carolina, patchy fog in the mountain valleys will clear by 9 A.M.
