Spring is making its presence felt across North Carolina today with temperatures climbing into the low 80s, but don't put away those umbrellas just yet – thunderstorms are on tap for later tonight. In Right now at 6, 53 A.M., we're sitting at a comfortable 56 degrees with light winds out of the west-southwest. As we move through this Saturday morning, expect a steady warm-up with temperatures reaching the mid-60s by 9 A.M.
