Heat advisories are in effect across Northern California today, with temperatures running 20 to 25 degrees above normal for late March. Interior valleys will see highs in the low to mid 90s, while coastal areas reach into the 80s. This morning starts mild at 56 degrees, but temperatures will climb quickly through the afternoon.
