A Heat Advisory takes effect today across Northern California, with temperatures climbing into the upper 80s and low 90s - that's 20 to 25 degrees above normal for mid-March. Here comes widespread heat that'll have you reaching for the air conditioning instead of your spring jacket. This morning starts mild with temperatures already in the mid-60s across most valleys.
