Today I'm joined by John Mulligan aka Johnny Utah. John is an avid outdoorsman, hunter, and serial entrepreneur. He has asked a lot of his body over the years, and we dove deep into his training programs to keep him strong and in shape for his past career in law enforcement and his current endeavors in the outdoors.
