Stephen Klemich is the co-founder of Heartstyles and the co-creator of the Heartstyles Indicator, a tool that measures effective and ineffective thinking and behaviour, with his wife Dr. Mara Klemich. Stephen founded his first people development consultancy in 1987 and has over 30 years’ experience transforming people and culture in organisations through character development. He believes that that people are capable of radical transformation and development when change comes from the heart.
His multinational clients have included KFC, Pizza Hut, Taco Bell, Unilever, American Express, and Pricewater House Coopers.
To get away from it all, he is a keen mountaineer and enjoys a good Aussie red wine … Not at the same time!
